Its interesting to hear about how the biggest thing is an increas in M&A activity
"It is clear that we are moving towards a consolidation phase in the technology sector. M&A activity has been heating up over the last 18 months as strategic acquirers are looking to bulk up and broaden their product offerings. "
But at the same time the cost of crude oil continues ever upward. Add into this mix the Fed still fearful of Inflation and increasing interest rates again (6th time I think?) with hints of potential larger increase in the future.
Is it really clear that the M&A is a good thing? Is it a sign of consolidation, getting things on the cheap as the company is going downward (the company being merged/purchased) Have we reached another "bubble" already?
See I told you this little journal of mine was all over the place. :-)
